Yoga is a wonderful practice to help to keep your body and mind healthy. It’s never been easier and affordable to enjoy the benefits of Yoga. For less than the price of a coffee you can purchase a yoga app for the iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
They are ideal for those who are busy, travel, want a home practice, or a change from a group class.
I developped the following apps with the help of Capital Yoga Publishing, founded by local yoga teacher Jamine Ackert.
Yoga With Tania Lite: Free version. Contains sun salutations and some postures.
Yoga With Tania: A yoga sequence for your hips and shoulders.
Happy Hips Yoga: One of the best-selling yoga apps on iTunes offers a hip opening sequence.
Happy Hips Yoga II: Includes a sequence that is 10 minutes longer than the original.
Yoga for Runners: Features a pre and post run sequence as well as recipes for homemade energy bars and smoothies by VEGA.
DigestWell: This sequence will help you to detox and digest.
Yoga pour les hanches: French version of Happy Hips Yoga. Has written but no verbal instructions.
